COOL LINKS:

Music :

SEAROCK

This is, by far, the best site I've found for music wavs! It has pages and pages of cool music and visuals, and it is extremely well organized. It also has links to other cool wav pages by the same developer: Funk and Soul, Wizard of OZ, Alice in Wonderland, Classic Horror Films, Betty Boop, and lots more. A Bookmark Must for all that are into wavs and multimedia web development!

Bolan's Elvis Costello Shrine
A good site for finding Costello lyrics. I think he has them all, but I really don't know as I have only checked out a few.

The Elvis Costello Homepage
An unofficial home page. This site also has stuff on Dan Hicks (very cool Texas Swing).

New York City Man
The only reason I picked this one is...I like the title... Let's face it, most sites dedicated to musical artists have a lot of the same stuff with only slight variations. So this is as good a place to start as any, and it has links to a lot of the top Lou Reed/Velvet Underground sites.

Tom Waits Supplement

Abandon Hope...
This one is developed by a friend of mine. There is a lot going on at this site: The Who, The Jam, Chrissy Hynde, The Marx Brothers, Hunter S. Thompson, Cerebus, and many, many more... Many links to interesting sites, including that really cool site called CHRONOSPHERES!

A-3
This is a group a good friend turned me onto a few years ago... A-3 describes their music as Country Acid House, which is a fairly good description. Very Funky! (The Saprano's theme song is one of their's.) If you've never heard of them and are into new musical experiences, I highly recommend you run out and pick up a copy TODAY! Warning: This site is not intended for Children or Tight Minded Adults!

ART :

Picasso
If you like Picasso.... This site contains many of his portrait paintings.

MIRO
Miro is my favorite artist. This page has a large sampling of his paintings.

The Art Of Tibet
VERY COOL!!!!

Global Children's Art Gallery
Art produced by children excites my soul as much, if not more so, than the art of Adults. The art of children under the age of 6 is particularly exciting. This site begins with the following quote: "It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child." ~Pablo Picasso

Kurt Vonnegut
Vonnegut is one of my all time favorite authors. This is a great reference site, both for those already familiar with his work, and for those unfamiliar, but interested in learning more.

ee cummings
I am thinking of setting up an ee cummings page of my own here at CHRONOSPHERES, but until such time.... This site has enough examples of cumming's work to get you on your way... "Before entering: Leave all strict Ryhme and Meter bagage at the front door."

NASA: Galileo- Journey To Jupiter
Cool Images taken by Galileo and other large, expensive NASA equipment (satellites/telescopes/space shuttles). When you go there, click on "images".

Just Playing Around :

Sodaplay
Go here to find Sodaconstructor: "The online toy where you can build and play with things made out of masses, springs and muscles." Very fun and addictive!

Bizarre
Wierd, but true, stories and news articles, strange photos... plus more odd stuff.

Hecklers.com
This one I found early on in my web wanderings. It's a very fun site filled with satirical, irreverent, and sometimes just plain humorously juvenile, interactive flash animations.

T-Bone's Boneland
More fun interactive flash animations.

KISS THE CHICKEN!!
Very silly and exactly what the name says!
